Founded in 1982, Walters-Dimmick Petroleum Inc. is a Shell wholesaler and owner-operator of the Johnny’s Market c-store chain. Johnny’s offers a “friendly place where customers can find fresh coffee, healthy snacks, household goods and bright, stylish interiors with sparkling clean restrooms around the clock,” according to the company. Many sites feature Subway and Jimmy John’s quick-service restaurant brands, or Johnny’s Soup + Salad Bar, the company’s own foodservice program.
