OnCue Marketing’s OnCue Express stores are family-focused, targeting working mothers vs. the traditional c-store “Bubba.” The retailer, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, does this with a focus on customer satisfaction and friendliness.
OnCue stores offer fresh salads and fruits, as well as made-to-order sandwiches at its proprietary deli and other breakfast and lunch items. Its Freezee Cue frozen beverages, f’real milkshakes and dispensed tea are also highlights. OnCue Express features coffee from Oklahoma-based Henderson Coffee.
On the forecourt, OnCue Express offers “fast, friendly fueling,” with not only Phillips 66 Top Tier certified gasoline but also compressed natural gas and, more recently, electric-vehicle charging stations. The company offers the OnCue loyalty card for fuel. OnCue Marketing is also a wholesaler of fuel and diesel products to dealers and commercial fleets.
The company supports St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital; it holds an annual fundraiser, with yearly donations approaching $200,000. Many of the stores are certified Safe Places, which means a young person in a crisis can get help at these locations.
