Global Partners LP is a Fortune 500 company and the parent company of convenience-store and gas-station brands formerly held by Alliance Energy and Warren Equities. The company operates c-stores under the Alltown Market and Xtra Mart names. Global Partners and its predecessors have supplied energy to businesses and government agencies throughout the Northeast for more than 80 years.
In 2018, Global Partners acquired the T-Bird c-store chain from Keene, N.H.-based Cheshire Oil Co. LLC and the Jiffy Mart c-store chain from Champlain Oil Co. Inc., South Burlington, Vt.
