Boyett Petroleum

In 2019, Boyett Petroleum rebranded its Cruisers retail gas stations in Modesto, Calif., to the 76 brand, ending a long-standing legacy of unbranded fuel. The stations added the iconic orange and blue 76 color scheme, while the convenience stores retain the Cruisers brand and look.

Family-owned Boyett Petroleum has had a strong presence in California's Central Valley since 1940. The company offers a variety of products and services nationwide, including wholesale fuel sales, retail and petroleum management services, agricultural fuel sales and the Cruise Americard universal fleet fueling card. All Cruisers stores are company-owned and -operated. In addition, Boyett Petroleum operates retail locations under the Boyett Petroleum and Kwik Serv brands. It has a management interest in about 50 retail gas stations and its distribution network has grown to more than 500 stations featuring the 76, Valero, Beacon and Arco brands, in addition to Boyett Petroleum's proprietary Kwik Serv brand. Boyett Petroleum owns the fueling equipment at many of the Kwik Serv independently branded stations. The company also operates Prime Shine Car Wash.
