Pete's Corp.

Capitalizing on its credo of "fast, friendly and fully stocked," Pete's Corp. was founded in 1977 by the Peters family, starting modestly as a two-bay gasoline station. The privately held company currently owns 45 convenience stores in Kansas, Oklahoma and Missouri, and takes pride in its clean stores that are all embossed with a fresh, modern look. The chain, which shuttered two older stores in 2018, partners with Phillips 66 for fuel, and also likes to tout its Kickback Rewards program. A mobile app offers coupons and promotions, allowing members to earn free items. Core branded food offerings include Broaster Chicken, Pete's, Simple Simon's Pizza and Hunt Brothers Pizza.
