Brewer Oil Co. has commercial operations in Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Artesia and Carlsbad with fuel brands Shell and Chevron. With 37 retail stores in 13 communities, Brewer Oil, articulates its heritage through its accent on Southwest cuisine, including burritos prepared using certified New Mexico green chiles, handmade salads and sandwiches on Cuban rolls. Several locations are called Grill, serving meals and snacks made fresh in the store's kitchen. Preparing foods daily, customers can look to find protein snacks, yogurts, hardboiled eggs, cheeses and fresh fruit.

Its mobile app allows users to find Brewer stores, view services and amenities, check out special deals and receive alerts for coupons to provide even deeper discounts and free items. With an investment in a food truck, Brewer Oil branched out to bring popular foods right to customers at work sites and community events.

On the green side of business, Brewer conserves energy with refrigeration equipment, walk-in coolers and display case doors powered by electronically commutated motors (ECMs)_running about 50% more efficiently than traditional shade pole motors. The company partakes in a drop-off recycling program, where customers leave recyclable items.
