These include marks like Coborn's, Marketplace Foods, Hornbacher's and Cash Wise Foods—all larger format stores—with Little Dukes and Coborn Express representing convenience store formats. In 2019, Coburn's opened its eighth Hornbacher's grocery location in Fargo, N.D.—Hornbacher's Gateway West—with a future Coborn's scheduled to open in fall 2020 in Otsego, Minn. With its employee-owned dynamic in place, it's not surprising that the corporate mission is empowering employee owners to create unique shopping experiences, anticipate needs and exceed guests' expectations. Coborn's Central Bakery handcrafts a complete line of signature products exclusively for Coborn's, Cash Wise and Marketplace Foods stores. This includes a vast assortment of pastries, cookies and doughnuts, breads, traditional and specialty holiday favorites, cakes and more.Coburn's recently pivoted within its strategic focus to grow its e-commerce operation with the introduction of curbside pickup and limited home delivery at its brick-and-mortar locations across the four-state footprint.
