Flash Market Inc. owns and operates 80 Flash Market stores with the majority of them in Arkansas. An affiliated petroleum company, Flash Oil Co. of Arkansas Inc., supplies fuel to its own locations, plus about 75 other retail locations in those states.
Flash Market has five travel plazas included in its convenience-store count. The company markets and distributes a variety of different fuel brands, namely CITGO, Conoco, Phillips and Shell. The majority of Flash Market locations fly the CITGO flag. A total of 35 Flash Market stores offer food prepared on site.
The first Flash Market opened in 1985, with the mission of always providing customers with the finest motor fuels, merchandise and foodservice items "at competitive prices in an atmosphere of superior service."
