Little General operates more than 100 convenience stores and 14 stand-alone quick-service restaurants (QSR). Its newest stores formerly were Sunoco sites in the Fairmount, W.Va.-area, which were converted to the Little General brand.
Gasoline brands include BP, Exxon, Sunoco, Shell and Marathon, and about two-thirds of the stores also sell diesel fuel. Most Little General Stores feature QSRs, including Subway, Arby's, Godfather's Pizza, Krispy Krunchy Chicken, Sam's Hot Dog Stands, Burger King, Taco Bell, Chester's Chicken and Steak Escapes.
In addition to the QSRs, Little General has commissary sandwiches at 60 of its locations, and another 25 of its stores have full kitchens for fresh food prep. Coffee areas feature up to five cappuccino machines as well as some flavored cream dispensers. Fountains offer a selection of sodas as well as frozen drinks.
The chain tries to rebuild one store every year, either expanding it or adding a restaurant offer.
