Holtzman Corp. was founded in 1972 and serves customers in Virginia, West Virginia and Maryland. Based in Mount Jackson, Va., the company supplies fuel to about 150 gas stations, as well as heating oil for residents in the region.
Many of the gas stations also have a convenience store branded Liberty, Circle K, 7-Eleven or the fuel brand.
Holtzman announced in October 2014 that it is acquiring Cline Energy Inc. of Harrisonburg, Va., including its 18 gas stations, convenience stores and truck stops in Rockingham and Page counties in Virginia. Cline Energy's gas stations and c-stores operate under the name Valley's, and the truck stops operate under the SouthSide Diner & Travel Centers name.
